STORAGE:

Ideal temp: 55-65℉

Storing tomatoes in the fridge will reduce their juicy flavor and make them mealy. For very ripe tomatoes, use ASAP, or if you have to wait, refrigerate for no more than 24 hours. Store tomatoes on the counter, away from direct sunlight and far from ripening fruit (apples, pears, bananas).
